- Optional: hands-on support through delivery.
Time horizon
Pointed. Typically 1 to 5 workshop or analysis days. No multi-year contract.
Not included
Generic ISO reports. Strategy decks disconnected from daily work. Consulting that only describes the problem without offering a recommendation.
