One person. One principle:
quality that holds.
REMUDA was founded in 2026 in Völs, Tyrol - in response to a simple observation: many technical companies want strong quality management but can't find the right people, or the right distance, to deliver it.
From practice,
not from method.
REMUDA was built on two observations from years of working with technical companies: first, that most QM systems produce more administration than quality. Second, that the people doing the daily work already know it.
My approach: listen, look, drop what doesn't hold up - strengthen only what actually works in daily life. Three guideposts: honest, clear, focused.
- Robert Salchner
Three words you can hold us to: honest, clear, focused.
Honest means no show-QM, no binders for the auditor. Clear means naming things, even when uncomfortable. Focused means three topics done right over ten done half.
Every engagement starts with a no-obligation conversation. If it fits, we agree on a concrete brief together - clear in scope, timeline and outcome.
I prefer short cycles with visible intermediate results, not month-long concept phases. On-site when that helps. Remote when that's enough.
No templates. No compliance theatre. No consultant slides. If you want a thick QM binder that looks good in the audit, this isn't the right place.
If you want a system that still works when the auditor has left - we're a fit.
Doctoral thesis at the Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry, University of Innsbruck, completed 2014.
We work primarily in Tyrol and East Tyrol - often on-site where the real work happens. Other regions on request.
The first conversation is free, no commitment. Three to five sentences about your situation are enough.
