Service 04
Change & Improvement.
Change management and continuous improvement are two names for the same job: helping teams make better decisions in uncomfortable situations.
What's included
- Accompanying change initiatives - structured, neutral, outside internal politics.
- Setting up or restarting a continuous improvement process (CIP / KVP).
- Facilitating difficult workshops and decisions.
- Naming hard truths when no one inside is positioned to say them.
Who it's for
Leaders and teams who know change is overdue and need a neutral person to hold the process without a personal stake in the outcome.
Typical workflow
- Inventory with the team - where does it actually hurt?
- A shared roadmap: three to five changes, clearly prioritized.
- Pilot in a place where it hurts and success will be visible.
- Scale into the rest of the organization - once the pilot holds.
Time horizon
Project-dependent. Typical range: 3 to 12 months, often in two-week sprints.
Not included
Change-management theory without hands-on work. Changes nobody carries once the consultant has left.
Next step
The first conversation is free, no commitment. Three to five sentences about your situation are enough.
